You may submit all maintenance requests online via this website for rentals and homeowner associations. As always, we will have our after-hours emergency system in place for true emergencies, only.

Request Alteration to Property

Located in the city, Arbor Ridge is a secluded, quiet community that consists of twenty-four buildings, each containing two paired homes on eleven beautifully landscaped acres located on Bloomington’s west side near the intersection of Bloomfield Road and Weimer Road.

About half of the homes back up to a Nature Preserve with the other half backing up to hay fields. Deer, turkeys and many bird species are frequent visitors. The HOA provides exterior maintenance and landscape services for the entire community. Some special planting beds, requested by homeowners and approved by the Board, are not maintained by the HOA.

Community make-up is evenly divided between working and retired families. Homeowners are close to many desirable community amenities: Twin Lakes Recreation Center, walking trails, west side shopping opportunities and restaurants, and the hospital.
