A few minutes from the College Mall and less than ten minutes to IU’s campus with its athletic and music facilities is Silver Creek Village. Small and refined, it houses 22 condominium units ranging in size from around 2,000 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft.

With Hyde Park to the north and west and St. Remy to the south, Silver Creek Village is surrounded by quality condominiums and stand-alone homes. It’s an area where not only seniors, but families and children with their pets like to walk. The south side of the Village looks out over St. Remy’s pond, which brings some measure of birds and wildlife to the area. The east side of the Village is skirted by a wooded area which backs up to country fields, streams, and homes off Smith Rd.

The Village, situated on the east side of Bloomington, has close proximity to SR 46. It’s a 30-minute drive to Nashville, IN, going east, and along the way is Yellowwood State Forest and TC Steele’s home and studio. It’s also about 10 miles from Lake Monroe where one can access the lake off SR 446 through Paynetown and Cutright boat ramps and fishing docks. The National Park and Forest can also be accessed via 446 around 20 miles south of the Village.

Our Village is friendly, care and upkeep of lawns and gardens is simplified by the association’s provision of regular lawn care service, and there’s so very much to do and see here in beautiful southern Indiana.
