If you do not know the email address of the person you need to contact, you may reach us by emailing info@hallmarkrentals.com. You may also contact us by calling 812-334-8819 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You may submit all maintenance requests online via this website for rentals and homeowner associations. As always, we will have our after-hours emergency system in place for true emergencies, only.

For payments, please place your checks through our drop slot or send via US Postal Service.

Stonechase is located on Bloomington’s Westside, minutes from Highway 37, off Third Street. Originally built by Beazer Homes, the 194-unit Stonechase, features luxury homes, three ponds, walking trails, and wildlife sanctuaries. Within minutes, residents are able to enjoy Westside shopping, dining, and entertainment. Indiana University, Cook Medical, NSA Crane, Ivy Tech Community College, Monroe County Airport, and Karst Farm Park are also conveniently located near this peaceful community.

Board Meeting Dates

Meeting times and dates are to be determined. Meetings are held at the Hallmark offices at 1205 N. Walnut Street. Seating is limited so if you are a homeowner and would like to attend, please contact Hallmark 812-334-8819 ext. 200, so that Hallmark can make accommodations, and be sure that no scheduling changes have been made.
