The Gables at Brighton Point is a luxury condominium community, located along scenic South Baldwin Drive, in the Brighton Point area, within the Bloomington, Indiana city limits. Our thirty units, from 919 to 997 S. Baldwin Drive, Bloomington, Indiana, 47401, are situated in a much desired east-side location. Our area is a quiet and beautiful enclave, but yet is convenient to shopping, Indiana University, and other professional services.

Our association owns a nature preserve, located on our southern border, which provides a scenic venue that will not be developed. A landscaped pond is on our northern border, which we share with residents of Villa Glen of Brighton Point. We enjoy the numerous goldfish, the visiting Heron, and our annual Mallard Family visiting our pond each spring. Benches overlooking the pond serve as a community focus for meeting neighbors during pleasant evenings. Our annual fall picnic is an opportunity to meet neighbors not only from The Gables but from our neighboring associations as well.
