All maintenance requests need to be submitted by completing one of the forms provided below.
Providing accurate and complete information will ensure a better diagnosis of the problem. When complete, click “submit” and the form will be emailed to the management office. If you choose, you may print the form and drop it off at our office. We provide a drop box for after hours and weekend deposits. In the event of a maintenance emergency, please call us at 812-334-8819. After hours use our voicemail system and follow the emergency maintenance prompts to reach our live answering service. If your request is deemed an emergency, a maintenance contractor will call you back as soon as possible. A maintenance emergency is defined as anything relating to the property under the lease or HOA documents that is threatening to life, health or the integrity of the property.
